Niraj Tenany, Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Niraj is Chief Executive Officer and a Co-founder of Netwoven, responsible for the strategic vision and direction.
Niraj has been working with Fortune 500 companies to implement large-scale enterprise systems for the past 15 years. Prior to founding Netwoven, Niraj led a profitable Enterprise Applications Consulting Practice at Microsoft. His team implemented large scale deployments of enterprise applications like Siebel, Ariba, and SAP with Fortune 500 customers. Niraj's team also led the design and implementation of OLAP solutions based on the Microsoft platform. Prior to joining Microsoft, Niraj led a profitable Business Intelligence Consulting practice with Oracle Consulting Services. Niraj has also worked with startup organizations in senior management positions. Niraj was the Director of Consulting Services at Zaplet, a Kleiner Perkins funded company.
Niraj holds a BS in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, India, an MS in Computer Science from State University of New York (SUNY), and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in North Carolina.

Viraj Bais, Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Viraj Bais is Chief Technology Officer and a Co-founder of Netwoven. He has been working with Fortune 500 companies implementing large scale enterprise systems for the last 13 years.
Prior to founding Netwoven, Viraj was a lead architect with Microsoft Consulting Services. In this role, he led the design and implementation of several large-scale distributed systems for Fortune 500 companies using Microsoft technologies and Applications Integration solutions. Prior to joining Microsoft, Viraj was a lead architect with Intel Corporation designing internal IT solutions. Viraj is also a contributor to the open source movement in enterprise computing.
Viraj holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi and an MS in Computer Science from University of Virginia.

Walt De Petris, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Walt is responsible for service delivery and company operations. He brings extensive experience to Netwoven managing large service organizations and service enterprise customers.
Prior to joining Netwoven, the company, Walt was the CIO at KIPP Foundation, a non-profit education foundation formed by Gap, Inc founder to provide high quality education to under privileged children through over 100 charter schools across America. Before that, he worked at Microsoft Corporation for 15 years where he most recently was the General Manager of the Communication Sector Enterprise Services. While at Microsoft he successfully managed $90+M services business with over 200 employees throughout the United States & India. He worked closely with the top 60 US Telecommunication and Media Entertainment companies to build custom systems, deploy new technologies and create reliable support organizations to meet their business needs.

Sushant Agarwal, Chief Technology Officer, India
Prior to joining Netwoven, Sushant ran his own business - architecting, designing and implementing ERP solutions for the retail industry in India. He has extensive experience working with both Java and Microsoft .NET platforms, including working with mobile devices. He has designed and created several products for mobile devices.
Sushant holds a BS in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Ranchi, India.

Debabrata Dutta, Vice President, Engineering, India Operations
As Vice President of Engineering, Debabrata is responsible for all project deliveries from Netwoven’s India operations. He handles complete project management along with the processes and methodologies related to software engineering practices in the organization. He is also responsible for building the technical team.
Debabrata has 22 years of experience in software development with various organizations. Most recently, he was an independent consultant working with SAP Technologies. He also worked with Usha Communication Technology for more than 10 years as Senior Group Manager, heading the development of its flagship Customer Care & Billing product for the mobile industry. Overall, he has worked on a large canvas with CAD, simulation, protocol stacks, and business applications with deep experience in C/C++ and databases.
Debabrata holds a BS in mechanical engineering, from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-KGP), Kharagpur, India.
