Technical Architect

Netwoven, a premier professional services firm founded by ex-Microsoft employees specializing in Microsoft technologies headquartered in the bay area with offices in Seattle and Kolkata, India is looking to hire a Technical Architect for its India practice. The Technical Architect will be a key thought-leader, with deep and diverse technology knowledge, robust communication and relationship building skills, sound judgement, and a passion for systematization.

The candidate must possess the following skills:

Must have atleast 6 – 8 years of work experience
Deep knowledge of .NET Framework library and the ability to diagnose and resolve subtle bugs in application, framework or operating system code
Ability to design and implement complex relational database schema
Strong performance optimization skills across all tiers
Must have prior consulting experience as an independent or with a consulting firm
Must have strong technical project management experience
Must have excellent communication skills in working with customers and Netwoven sales team to assist with pre-sales efforts
Must have experience in developing and maintaining platform technology for medium to large enterprises
Proven track record of mentoring software developers
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Must have experience in integrating with security and other client infrastructure components such as Active Directory
Possess experience in various data binding technologies including Linq
Must have hands on development experience building .NET custom application

Required Skills:

Microsoft .NET development including C#
ASP.NET, JavaScript, XML, Silverlight
.NET 4.0, WCF, WPF and other technologies

Desirable Skills:

SharePoint 2007 / 2010 development experience
