Requires good working knowledge of how users use O365 services especially SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Yammer.

1) Review present WebTrends-based SharePoint analytics. Work with WebTrends support as appropriate

2) Review present Yammer analytics (deprecated by Yammer):

– Review homegrown/Excel-based tools to review data from the Yammer Data Export function

3) Review Yammer analytics third-party solutions:

– installation mode

– data hosting model

– cost profile (by server, by # users)

– potential opportunity to leverage same tool for SharePoint Online + Yammer

– summary of investigation with Juniper team

4) Implement at least one Yammer analytics solution:

– review results and report back to team

5) Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Customer Relationships

  • Develop a Trusted Advisor relationship within the customer’s management team
  • Advocate the Voice of the Customer internally
  • Manage multiple client relationships with a focus on quality of relationships, adoption, retention and growth.

Develop Customer Success Strategies

  • Develop strategic customer playbooks including business case attainment approaches, action plans and organizational coverage structures to develop and expand relationships
  • Collaborate with customer executive sponsors and operational partners to prioritize attainment of our mutual business goals and success criteria

Obsession with Data/Analytics

  • Analyze in-depth data and reporting available for clients — coupled with cutting-edge research related to behavior change and engaging populations in health — to make strategic recommendations to enhance program outcomes and engagement and maximize client return on investment.

Tools/Automation

  • Experience in implementing & usage of GainSight
  • Leverage GainSight and other tools to nurture existing customers
  • Drive continued adoption and utilization of Centrify products.

Prepare analytics reports for client team based on the solutions in 1-4

  • Technology consulting or similar business experience
  • Demonstrated project experience with regard to estimates, planning and deliverables
  • Proven ability to understand a customer’s needs
  • Experience developing technical requirements based on business imperatives

For our current projects, we are looking for engineers with the capability and knowledge to develop large, scalable data-centric applications; you must have several years of hands-on experience, including:

  • Full lifecycle experience surrounding large scale data warehousing and business intelligence solutions
  • Proficient SQL Server skills: TSQL, DB and DW schema design, performance optimization
  • Strong SSAS skills: DAX, tabular/columnar schemas, dimensionality, star schema
  • Proficiency in emerging MS BI offerings: Power BI, O365
  • Current SSIS capabilities: framework and design patterns, deployment, management
  • Visualization and reporting experience: SSRS, PowerView, dashboards, scorecards
  • Relevant SQL experience: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Working knowledge of  NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, BigTable, Dynamo, etc.
  • Cloud development experience: AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Mathematics background: analytics, regression, data science, KPIs, AML, etc.
  • SharePoint and .Net development experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or financial industry
  • Experienced in designing and configuring SharePoint (2007 and 2013), Yammer, MS Office Suite, and other collaboration computing tools
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot user challenges with SharePoint Sites (Questions, Issues, Quick Fixes, etc.)
  • Experience in providing direct internal customer services

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:

• Experience working directly with stakeholders for requirements gathering
