The Sales Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase consulting services / products. They will also call on leads from our existing customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Contact relevant people by phone. Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
  • Educates customers on product offerings and services.
  • Follows up with contact via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
  • Places a minimum of 40 outbound calls each day
  • Continued product education to better service customer calls
  • Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
  • Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
  • Describe products and services
  • Respond to questions
  • Identify and overcome objections
  • Obtain customer information
  • Obtain possible customer leads
  • Complete records of telephonic interactions

Office Timings: Sun – Thurs 8PM to 4AM (IST)
