The Sales Specialist will place outbound calls to potential customers seeking to purchase consulting services / products. They will also call on leads from our existing customer base.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact relevant people by phone. Work directly with customers via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
- Educates customers on product offerings and services.
- Follows up with contact via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
- Places a minimum of 40 outbound calls each day
- Continued product education to better service customer calls
- Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Describe products and services
- Respond to questions
- Identify and overcome objections
- Obtain customer information
- Obtain possible customer leads
- Complete records of telephonic interactions
