Job Description

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy in coordination with HR Manager and Head HR
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/LinkedIn/Consultants
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications – assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through profile sourcing
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Utilize the Internet for recruitment:
    --Post positions to appropriate Internet sources
    --Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
    --Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment
    --Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the HR team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Leave & Attendance management
  • Planning/execution of various Employee Motivation Programs/Activities
  • Any other task as assigned from time to time

Consultative Skills

  • Proven recruiting experience (talent acquisition)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Phone Interviewing, Reference check, Skype Interview etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and HRMS
  • Excellent Communication (both Verbal & Written) and Interpersonal skills

Experience Required

3 - 5 years of working experience strictly from IT Industry (highly preferred from Microsoft partnered Company) in the global capacity preferred

Qualification Required

MBA in HR or equivalent degree
