Abaxis used a highly customized deployment of Dynamics CRM 2011 to manage sales and RMA process. The CRM system was used by several hundred users to manage the sales pipeline and manage the Return Management (RMA) process. The CRM system was highly customized and as a result Abaxis was unable to make changes to the system to keep up with changes in its business. Netwoven worked with Abaxis to analyze the environment and propose an upgrade path to move from Dynamics CRM 2011 to Dynamics CRM 2016. Netwoven consultants worked with the Abaxis team to create the new environment, rewrite the code to fit the new system and migrate the data to the new environment.
