Position Summary

Netwoven, a professional services firm founded by ex-Microsoft employees based in the bay area, is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant. This position is remote. The ideal candidate will be able to identify both business and technical opportunities specific to area of focus, become an expert in the capabilities of current and future software solutions that

Netwoven may employ. Will be able to develop and maintain a detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs and priorities, make suggestions on business process improvements to promote business growth and efficiency. Candidate will own functional delivery from end to end for assigned projects/activities. Prepare assigned project and end-user documentation, system configuration documentation, and related technical reports.

Essential Functions

  • Build SharePoint sites
  • Build / modify PowerApps
  • Define and automate business processes with Power Automate
  • Requirement gathering and documentation
  • Analysis of customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Training and Adoption support for Microsoft 365
  • Participate in preparing for and delivering customer workshops
  • Effectively compile and communicate findings to leadership or stakeholders verbally, visually, and in writing.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities & communications
  • Meeting facilitation
  • Agile / Scrum Task management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 4-6 Years of Experience
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure frameworks, Microsoft Data and AI

Working Environment: Able to work remotely with minimum supervision.
