It has been a tough year with natural disasters from hurricanes on the East cost to the wild fires on the west coast. Our hearts go out to the affected families. The California wildfire has been particularly close to the community that Netwoven lives and works in. We are deeply saddened by the personal loss that some of our customers, and friends have had. Netwoven and its employees have participated with local organizations to help financially and with voluntary time. We look forward to work jointly to rebuild our communities.
Some of Netwoven’s employees just came back from Ignite and there is some exciting news to share. It’s an exciting time to be in the Tech industry and help organizations with their digital transformation efforts using the Microsoft Cloud.

Dynamics 365 Updates
Microsoft announced updates to its Dynamics 365 suite that aim to make the cloud CRM and ERP system more flexible.
Azure Machine Learning And Database Updates
Microsoft announced a preview of upcoming Azure Machine Learning updates. The updates will include new tools for development of machine-learning models that make use of major open-source technologies.
Improved Office 365 integration with LinkedIn
At ignite, it was detailed that LinkedIn data will be used throughout Outlook, SharePoint, and other Office products, as well as Dynamics 365.
Bing for Business
For better personalization and improved user experience, Bing for Business aims to combine data from the Microsoft Graph into search results, with a mixture of web, SharePoint, and Office 365 data in the results.
Microsoft Teams set to replace Skype for Business
Microsoft Teams set to eclipse Skype for Business. At Ignite, Microsoft demonstrated true potential of Teams and announced several new features which aims to make Teams an all-encompassing hub for teamwork across Office 365 platform
New Azure Services Launching
Microsoft revealed that it will be making Azure Cost Management services - for optimizing cloud spending -- available to customers and partners for free through next June
Microsoft launched PowerApps and Flow back in 2016. If you have not heard about it or evaluated it, we recommend that you take it for a test drive.
Recently, we migrated a Salesforce application to PowerApps and Flow which is a service for creating and using custom business apps across platforms. and were pleasantly surprised with the maturity of the platform. For additional information, you can reach out to us.
