Taking Collaboration to the next level using Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams has taken over the collaboration space with a storm. In a very short period, Teams has become a favorite application of IT managers and business users to support collaboration. Its unique design that integrates chat, BOT, channels, documents, and third-party applications increases end-user productivity exponentially. To the folks at Netwoven, this reminds us of the exciting times back in the year 2003 when SharePoint 2003 was launched that took the industry by storm. We feel that in the next few years we will be equally excited with Teams. Enterprises rolling out teams need to think about it the same way as any other enterprise service. They need to consider the following for successful rollout and adoption:

  • Clearly identify the use cases
  • Identify the stakeholders and champions
  • Understand and implement governance
  • Define success matrix
  • Define and execute training
  • Develop a robust communication plan

Netwoven has been on the forefront with Teams and has been working with many customers for rollout and adoption of teams. Our services for Teams include:

  • Rollout and Adoption Services
  • Integration Services
  • Custom Development Services
